A one-time conversion charge of 6%, along with mortgage charges, insurance fees, and other applicable charges, will be automatically deducted from the investment amount upon disbursement.
The investment will be disbursed within 30 banking days, subject to the completion of all required formalities.
An interest rate of 6% per annum shall be payable on a quarterly basis to Malik Bullion Investments Ltd.
The investment duration shall range between 3 to 10 years, with the possibility of extension at the discretion of the investors.
